Dear Sir/Madam,
I had applied for 2 wheeler's personal loan
for Bajaj pulsar 150cc bike on 26th September,2011. I had checked with
the bank that Insta was activated on my Account so i went for Insta
Loan. As per sales person Aditya (mob no: 9833775688) , Insta Loan
Approval takes 4-6 hrs or hardly a day.
Today is 30th September but my loan for 2 wheeler has not been
approved .I inquired about the delay in the approval process then he
told me that he had submitted my file on 29th September,2011.But i had
given him all my documents on 26th,September,2011 and had asked him to
make it fast as i needed it urgently. Latter he told me it was his
fault as he forgot to submit my files,i even complained his senior
most person Krishna Seth(mob no: 9322198967) for this very disgusting
behaviour by his subordinate but i didnot get any response.He told me
that if you would have given for normal loan instead of Insta it would
have been approved till date but INSTA take more time.Is it true.If
yes kindly clarify this as i have seen at HDFC site that Insta loan
gets approved in a day.Kindly take some action for the same as this
type of act will degrade HDFC standard and quality.
