i had applied for home loan from INDIABULLS HOUSING FINANCE LTD ON 27 APR 2010 through an agent mr rakesh but till date lone not approved, on 21 MAY 2010, mr rakesh told me five a/c payee cheque in name of INDIABULLS HOUSING FINANCE LTD and sign the loan despersement form (AS I AM GOING TO MY HOME TOWN BIHAR) , when you will come till i will do the all formalities of loan despersment and give you the loan amount cheque as applicable. when was in home town rakesh give me a SMS telling legal & technical is ok you return back, i will give you the the dispersement.
when i returned back give me one week your loan will be approved , after one/two week he went out of city without informing me, and his mobile become not reachble,
then i called to his sales manager MR AMJAD NAGJI (as per visiting card given by mr rakesk) he told me your all technical and non technical is ok but your address proof report is negative, just wait for another 2 to 3 days we will do somthing but till date my loan not approved and from last one week mr rakesh/amjad not receiving my call.
I have sended the bank statemet for the address proof as demanded by mr amjad sles manager.
in this period builder sended me a letter in which he charged the interst of 44000.
now give me a suggestion what i will do, mr rakesh, amjad not receving my call and also till date they have not decline my loan application nor he approved my loan
