I am jitha K Nair and had taken a home loan from you from thrissur branch at kerala. I am a regular customer of your bank and has been refunding the loan amount for last four years without any break. Now i am at ahmedabad and i want to know about my remaining loan amount. i called ur customer care at kochi n they told to give a written request at info.kochi@hdfc.com and within 5 working days u will get your reply. Now its 15 days over still there is no response. How can you treat your customer like that? I have not asked for any thing big. Just my remaining loan amount,even tht if you can't provide then what the customer care are you doing.Please look into the matter seriously. My loan num is 311821193.
