It has been a very irresponsible attitude that the Indiabulls homeloan team, Mumbai team is showing towards the customers. It would not only lead to dissatisfaction of customers but moreover it is spoiling the brand value of the organization.

I have submitted my all the documents along with original agreement for home loan almost more than a month back to Mr. Vijay Pal with the commitment of disbursement of the loan within a week’s time, against my property in Mira road. My cheque (47410) is already cleared around two week back and apart from that I have paid a cash of Rs7500 to him. Now my builder is threatening me to charge interest on the loan amount, since the payment is not made as of date.

I tried chasing the team but all the efforts were futile. I tried speaking to Mr Sharad who is the reporting manager of Mr. Vijay but no one is making any serious efforts towards it. I have been given false commitment by the entire HL team and in turn making my life difficult. Now I have left with no option but to knock the doors of legal authorities, as is not resolved.It would not be possible for me to pay the penalty imposed by builder.

Kindly intervene and help me solve this issue else I would be in no where position and the deal would be in mess along with huge financial loss.

It is very negligent & disgusting that after being full filling the all documents & inquiry formalities, indiabulls finance,bathinda is unable to sanction me home loan of Rs 11,00,000/- against 20,00,000 property value. Despite being given all details & document of property,indiabulls finance bathinda remained fail to sanction home loan even after 15 days,although, indiabull prefers to return papers to it''s customer after15 days saying that company requires min 60 days time to sanction any kind of home loan.

I had spoken to some of the Indiabulls employees in Chandigarh from UK about a loan. I was sent the list of documents which i collected. So in agreement with them, i travelled to India as it was promised whole process would be finished in 5 days. Once they had a look at all my documents, they said they were satisfied and that i could return. The check would be given to the builders by 14th July post dated for the 30th July as was required. They took all my cheques signed, processing amount etc and power of attorney. My company EMAAR MGF were very prompt to provide them all the required information. Now as the time has come near, they have started making excuses. They very well know if i do not make the payment by the 30th July i would have to pay addittional amount of Rs 7 lakhs. The amount to be paid is Rs 25 lakhs.All this while i had told them to keep me informed if there was a problem. Until now every time i called, i was told all is done and i need not worry. I am not sure how they do the processing but it is the relaxed attitude of the team not to keep the customer informed. They do not think about the other person and only do what suits them. All this while their keeping me in the dark is causing me distress and tension. All the money i have spent in travelling to India has gone waste with nothing coming out of it. Other banks had agreed to do the case quickly but i was convinced by them of professionalism......which can be clearly seen now.

I wish there was someone in this world who could help now that i am in the last days before getting the fine. Also i wish i could complain to RBI or some other authority like consumer court about how things are being handled and take them to court.

hi guys,
i m writing this to inform u all of the big cheats called 'INDIABULLS'.
i applied for home loan to indiabulls in the month of July 2011 through Mr Prateek,
they took a cheque of Rs 5500/- and have got it encashed,
after lot of delibrations and studing my papers for 1 months they sanctioned me a loan of 33,00000/- in the month of Aug 2011, i still have a copy of their Sanction letter.
Since Aug i m in touch with their executives at Faridabad branch (Mr Khare, Mr harish & Mr Ankit),
but these guys have been fooling me by asking for new new papers & undesired documents on daily basis,
they have even lost few of my orignal papers and asking me again for it,
I dont know the contacts of their top bosses so as to inform them about this non-sense,
the lower executives are earning a bad repute to the firm.
plz help me on the issue by suggesting the way out.
