Myself Rajesh Singh and my Brother-in-law Mr.Jagat Pati Singh have Applied for Housing Loan through DHFL Bank at Bangalore to purchase a land plot through Mehi Developers, No.9, Doddabettahalli Villages, Yelahanka Hobli, Vidyarayapura, Bangalore Urban-560097 in month of Dec 2010 , and We have Deposited Rs 5515 each as processing Fees.But out of both they have first issue letter of offer cum acceptance against our Application No. 0067113, File No. 00005941 and Manual File No. 00005941 on 28/12/2010 against our loan application and there officials have asked for the bribe of Rs.25000 from both of us to Clear Further pending formalities of Bank and to hand over our Loan Cheque to us. When we refused to give Bribe for our loan. They have not sensation our loan by giving a letter through e-mail and mention various Propriety related shortfall in our applications, But Sir i like to draw your kind attention that on same propriety they have given loan to various customers, sir as we have not paid any bribe to them they have not sensation our loan, Apart of that they have not return our amount of Rs.5500 each till today after various follow up, which we have paid as processing fees to bank. Sir due to that we are not able to purchase said property and lost money we have spend to get various documentation, which is aprox Rs.3000 each. So Sir my request to please help us out to stop corruption and get our amount back which is Rs. 8500 with Interest from bank. Please do the needful and oblige.
