Hi,

I am Jegan, I have applied for LIC Housing loan for 26, 30000 through LIC agent (Sampath Kumar). Later after all the formalities I received 1st cheque with the amount of 20L and after few months 2nd cheque for 4L. The building was completed fully on March 2010 and my final cheque supposed to be released on end of the Mar 2010 but it was not happened. I followed with my agent and tired of calling him who is unresponsive all the times. So finally I went to LIC branch office with all the supporting documents and submitted new filled form. Area Manager (Anitha-LIC mount road, Chennai), committed that everything will be verified and will release the cheque within a week. But almost a month gone, no updates from LIC people. whenever I call the LIC office they are always keep on telling the story like your cheque will be released soon.
One day luckily my agents picked up my call after big discussion he pointed that he already submit my documents but the office person lost my record but when I spoke to Area manager she asked other person(Subramanian) to look into my issue but after seeing my record he is also telling the same statement like “your cheque will be released soon”.

So I am totally frustrated with these people.
