Case is regarding cheating and misusing my documents by some one, and taken the personal loan in HSBC bank about 2Lk.
Actually I am not taken any “personal loan” from any bank till now; even I don’t have account in HSBC bank.
The confusing is,
How it can possible to take loan someone by using my documents?
HSBC did not verify properly?
With out having any account in bank how they will approve the Personal loan?
To whom I need to complaint regarding this?
I am getting lot of calls from HSBC banks phone calls about loan clearance, which I don’t know who is taken loan with my name and by using my documents. As of now bank is not providing any details and how I can come out from this embarrassing situation, kindly help me.
