I have been harrassed by Collection Goons, and HSBC bank officials for payment of a Personal loan they claim I have taken.Details of this episode are mentioned below.

Been receiving calls since Friday,June 11th. Calls from Collection agents and bank staff
from the numbers mentioned below +91 9962253410- Suresh Vishwanath/+914442186693-Rajesh Kumar.

Complaints:

1. I havent taken a Personal Loan!!!!
2. Its been repeatedly conveyed to the Names mentioned above that I havent taken the loan.
3. They have been very RUDE!!!
4. They claim that I have taken the Loan on April 4th 2009.
5. I have repeatedly asked them to furnish me with details to sort this misunderstanding out, but they refused, and they act as though am lying!!!
6. There never has been even one communication from HSBC to me either by Post or Email stating that I have a personal Loan!!!
7. If I have taken a personal loan, request you to furnish me with the cheque details , stating amount dispersed, and to which account the same has been sent!!!
8. Whats the Tenure?
9. Whats the EMI?
10. has any payment been made?
11. If so, from which account did the money come, who was the person who paid the emi?
12. I sense a serious case of Forgery here, and am appalled with the lack of background checks verifications!!!!
13. Suresh says he is rude to all "thieves" and "frauds" who Rob " his Bank".

I am surprised at this high handed behaviour of the Bank and its cronies to get money from any and every source.
They have no information and no interaction happened until now.
Need to take action on the Bank for this behaviour!!!
