My complaint is against the ICICI banak car loan department,they persued my car loan for my new car (i20 desiel) 2 months back since than they keep on committing me thast your case is ok we have taken all the approvals from higher authority but i have not yet get the payment. on their confirmation i bought my car from showroom but ICICI have not yet relesed the payment. To make the final payment in showroon i bought credit from the market basis confirmation of ICICI bank that i shall get my laon approval in few days, now the entire month has gone but icici has not yet approved my case. there employee are keep on making me fool. I am in big trouble now due to there false committment.I alraedy had a car loan from ICICI with ecxcellent track record, in am not able to understand why ICICI employee are playing around. I am feeling to commit sucide as i m down with heavy liabilty of 4.5 lacs rupees which i have bought from the market on credit. if i dnt get this loan from ICICI i will not be able to survive. pls help me out as ICICI BANK is not even ready to listen me. i have visited at their branch at jhandewalan thrice but they dnt feel comfortable to meet me.

i have booked i10 sportz at date of 30th dec 2011. but i didn't get delivery till date, i have already make down payment to dealer, but dealer not able to give delivery yet. they says we didn't got D.O yet (Delivery Order) but thats no any concern with me.. also dealer was provide me very bad sales person of ICICI bank's car loan department. they took almost more than 18 days for my loan sanctioning process. i have already icici's home loan form past 5 years without any interruption and loan is going to clear soon. this is ICICI's worst service ever.. no any cooperation from icici's sales person, no any courtesy for late delivery, lot of harassment from icici's car loan department. never go for ICICI's car loan. icici's bad customer service is now headache for me.
