I had taken a cor loan icici 4 years ago. paid all my instlments till date . now I want to foreclose this loan. but every time i go to the bank they try to postphone it some story. this time they say we have no branch of car loans now. pl help since i want to close my a/c. regards akshay narain

I completed my Car loan. I got NOC (no objection certificate) By post.
But i did get My 3 security Check leaf.
then i checked my Bank statement, But they didnt submit that check.

What can i do ? Can i get back check leaf ?

where from / when will get it ?

My name is Raju and i have taken a car loan and my loan A/c no. is LAN No. LABNG00004710834 Loan amounted to Rs, 1,70,000 Only, which was deducted through ESCROW amount to Rs. 3,407 P/m. my last paid EMI was on september 7th 2010, As am not able to come personally to your branch office and collect the NOC
