Default ICICI Bank Car Loan : Incorrect Harassment Calls.

Hi Sujatha,



This is to put forward your kind attention towards the unwarranted harassment calls I have been getting in relation with the incorrect Car Loan



Incorrect LOAN Detail Follow Up:



Loan Account Number: LADEL 00013847600

Amount; INR.6901/-

Car: Wagon R.



I would like to mention here that I (Siddharth Sharma) have a Car Loan with ICICI Bank details of which are mentioned below:





Siddharth Sharma Correct Loan Details



Loan Account Number: LADEL 00010523229.

Amount: INR.5972/-

Car Number: DL9CR2658.

Address: ESSEL Studio Sec 16 A,

Noida. 201301



My Current Residential Address: D 2, Flat no 2167, Vasant Kunj New Delhi: 110070.



My Mobile Number: 9971799940.



Despite your mail and getting a Service Reference Number against my complain ;Today 1st August 2010 (Sunday) I received 2 calls from ICICI Bank Car Loan Department regarding the follow up for payments for the incorrect Loan .



The calls were from the following number:



Number 1: 011 – 416702100

Timing of the Call received: 11:12 AM.



Number 2: 011 – 414128100.

Timing of the Call Received: 11: 32 AM.



I request for an explanation in this regards with ICICI Bank Pvt Limited.



If this continues I will be bound to take necessary Consumer Legal action against the Bank.



Request for revert.
