Hi,
This is in reference to ECS deduction for my personal loan. I have a personal loan with HDFC (loan act. No. 14316526) , with an EMI amount of 4213/-. This EMI is deducted on ,4th of every month from my ICICI bank account no. 015101540119. The amount was not deducted for few months in 2009 and also in June 2011, even when the funds were enough and also the request was presented by HDFC bank (Total of 9 cheque basis). I have already had discussions with customer care for both, HDFC and ICICI. HDFC have already confirmed that request was presented; HDFC have also given me references of the payment requests made by them. I have been charge with cheque bounce and late payment charges. I have communicated to ICICI to pay me the cheque bounce charges , as they have already admitted to the lapse from their side (Refer mails below from ICICI) , but now ICICI has stopped responding.
The amount is being deducted regularly every month; hence I do not see any reason for rejection from ICICI for this particular month when the funds were enough on the particular day. I have mailed ICICI a number of times , but the problem is not yet resolved. ICICI have given me verdicts as following:

I need to get the cheque bounce charges back from ICICI . I need ICICI to resolve this matter ASAP and inform me of the same.
