Hi,
I am Kishan from Bangalore and have faced a hillarious experience after taking loan from this bank. The bank has undertaken all the document of my house which any bank is supposed to do. But they have taken the BDA khata also which is still in the previous owner name. Because of which still i am unable to transfer the Electricity, water and gas bill into my name. I have asked other banks and real state owners and they have informed that original khata is not to be supposed to be kept by the bank.
Even if they taken it, they should release it for some days so that the BDA khata can be transferred into my name. I have been to bank several times, but of no use.

Because of so many issues coming, I have no other go, but to sell the house.
Please look into this matter.
