Sir, My grandfather Kanhaiya Lal Saini taken K.C.C. loan on 07 Aug.2009. K.C.C. A/C no-679301422192 Branch-icici bank khairthal Distt.- Alwar Rajasthan. My grandfather has expired on30-05-2011. I have repaid the K.C.C. loan with interest on 21-07 2011 but now bank is not issuing no dues certificate to me because my grandfather is a witness on a education loan of 04 lacs. Where the bank web site show that no collateral security is required for loan upto 04 lacs. Bank manager is telling that first repay education loan than only no dues certificate will be issued.How can i pay somebody loan. I have send one notice to bank on 18-8-2011(through a advocate) but there no reply.
