Dear Sir
I have bought a second hand car 6 months back from my office collegue and transferred in to my name.Today when i was going in car 4 people from ICICI bank came in bike and snatched my car key and started troubling.I asked for reason then they told 40Months back guy called vinay or vijay shetty took loan and gave my car number.
I told i bought it from my collegue and his name.But still they argued and took my RC and licence and returned back.But the way they are treating is very bad.They do not have any bank ID.Please suggest what should i do.I have never taken any loan from ICICI and there is no hypothecation in RC book.How to proceed.I want to put a case against ICICI since they are not ethical in their business and troubling common man.

Please suggest me.I am afraid they will again come and start disturbing me

I am thinking of giving police complaint against ICICI Bank about this incident.I asked for a telephone number but they have not given.They are very rude and i suggest people not to do any business with icici
