Dear Sir,
This is Manish Rai and i had a personal loan from ICICI bank.Earlier My EMI of Rs 2183/- was debit from my ICICI bank but in the month of Feb 2010 i had requested ICICI bank to change the bank from ICICI to IDBI for monthly ECS. ICICI Bank processed the same and EMI of March 2010 debited from IDBI bank.

But in the month of April the EMI is still not debited from my account.after enquiring the ICICI Bank customer care they told me that it bounce due to non availibility of FUND in my ICICI bank account.and EMI is still not transfer to IDBI.
My question was when its not transferd than how they can get debited the EMI from IDBI bank account.

So requesting you to kindly look in this and bail me out from this type of nonresponsibility of Bankers.They do like this knowingly to charge the overdues charges from customer.
