i,jaswinder singh had applied for home loan to icici home finance because i have salary account in icici bank.the loan amount was
6 lacks.the agent had taken a cheqe of rs3526 dated 11-02-05 .and the had approved onl loan of rs 513000.by letter no-s3691312 dated06-02-2005.my cheqe wasdebited on12-2-2005 on the behaf of icici home loan finance.my required amount was not sanctioned so i refused to take the loan aapproved 513000.i asked them to return my money because my loan of 6 lacs was approved by other bank. They said you have to take the loan.the agent told me earlier that if my loan would be aaproved then only they would take rs3526.oterwise it would be returned.in this case what is my fault.?
Oterwise your rs 3526 would not be returned. I went to their office many times but same answer.the bank manager told me that do what ever you like.
