ICICI Home loan for existing customers

Question ICICI Home loan for existing customers
Dear Sir,

I have taken a home loan at floating interest during March 2004. By that time it was 7.5 %.
The interest rate went upto 13.5 % in due course.Presently Iam paying the emi at 12.5 %.

Now ICICI Bank gives home loan @ 8.5 %.

As Iam in the floating interst mode, why the same is not applicable to me.

Pl confirm the same.
