I live in Pune, India and have availed a Home Loan from ICICI Bank in April 2008 @ 10.5%. My original Tenure as per the contract is for 240 months. My EMI has now increased and while i checked my loan tenure today it shows a whopping 517 months that's more than 43 years! ICICI sincerely does not care for the existing customers, while new loan are being disbursed at 10% i am suffering with a increased EMI amount and seriously stupid looking tenure.

I need a solution to this issue as per the amotization schedule my loan EMI is going to increased further @ 13%!!
