Default ICICI Loan refund of cfoc
I have a plersonal loan from ICICI bank of Rs. 200000/- and loan a/c no. is 00011001892. They have charged 2% as Processing Fee from my loan amount and Rs. 3000/- as CFOC charged indirectly from my first EMI when I request for refund it than the asked that CFOC is processing amount for the organization who arraneg loan for us and they said that it is not an extra amount we charged it in installment then I said if you dont charged it then Rs. 3000 will debit in my principal amount. they are doing misguid me to charg it they have no satisfactory answer....please help me to refund it.. thak you
