icici modusoprandi of cheating loan holder

i have taken two loan from icici. icici charged rs 12520.as insurence charges for long term policy .
as yet i did not receive policy cover nor refund the amount captioned.my saving account no is 0023801504345.from which you can see all things.
approching icici for the last four month i did not recive any reply.

more over icici increase the loan rate of interest from 7.5% to 14% amlong with increase in tenure
of 120 month to 179 month where as current rate is 8.% on home loan charged by icici but old loan still at
11.5 to 14 %.which is ontradictory .

i openly challage to icici managment to come on the table to discuss but no reply.

i have emailed so many complaint but all in vain
hope this time it will solve my complaint.
