I already closed (not settled) my personal loan account by cheque no.000014 date 14.07.2011 passed on 27.07.2011. I am very happy with association with your Bank with hardly any grievances.


Till date, I am always first preference to ICICI Bank for any Loan , Credit Card & other. But never unpayble or settlement with your Bank. If any difficulty arise from me for fund paid minimum amount but not settlement. I am enclose my personal loan statemnmt herewith with for your ready refernece.

When I want to close (not settlement) this pesonal loan( please focus on your telephone conversation on 12.07.2011 or 13.07.2011 between my wife Mrs Kavita Dinesh Surve and your Debt Manager Mr.Manish Vaidya), I paid Rs.45,317/- ( always ready to pay full amount) as per told Debt Manager Mr.Manish Vaidya. we never want (me and my wife) going for any settlement. But Debt Manager Mr.Manish Vaidya pull me to in settlement, I don't know why. This is effect in my CIBIL record veru very badly. never passing my Home loan which I want to take now in August 2011.

Please consider request to safe me from my CIBIL record
