Dear Sir,

I had personal loan with icici bank of Rs. 1,00,000 I paid almost all amount only Rs. 2560 is due from my end. On 21-10-2010 or 22-10-2010 i got call from ICICI bank for such payment and its confirm me remaining overdue charges they will wave off and i was confirm her i will pay Rs.2560 on 1-Nov-2010 but before 1st-Nov- 2010 they block my saving account with Rs. 10645 without any pre-information when i was visit to videocon tower branch they are not ready to unblock my account and give me waver of other cherges. Please help i will ready to pay Rs. 2560 its my actual due.

On 21-10-2010 or 22-10-2010 i got call from ICICI bank for such payment. They have confired me that if I pay this amount of Rs 2560, my remaining overdue charges will be waved off by them. I also confirmed to her that I will pay Rs.2560 on 1-Nov-2010.

But before 1st-Nov- 2010 they blocked my saving account by Rs. 10645 without any pre-information to me, when i was visited to videocon tower branch they are not ready to unblock my account and are not ready to give me waver off overdue charges.

Please help me in this regard, I am ready to pay Rs. 2560 its my actual due.
