This is the reference of my car loan with IDBI Bank, CR Park Branch, New Delhi. I had applied for the car loan with the same branch in the month of June'10. I had given my all financial documents to the sales person, Mr.Alakniranjan, who is working in IDBi Bank, Car Loan Section, He had asked me to give the processing fees of the car loan in advance for Rs.1930/- in favour of IDBI Bank Ltd. I had issued the cheque of HDFC BanK for the same amount. He told me this processing fees is refundable if you dont get a loan from the Bank, Unfortunatley my car loan application has been rejected due to some reason, and now i am asking for the refund of the same amount, now these people are saying this processing fees is not refundable as per rules of our bank. Its very ill logical without getting a loan from bank, why should pay the money. And inspite of that, nobody have told me that processing fees could not refundable at the time of applying for loan.

That sales person (Mr. Alak Niranjan) should have been informed about the same but he told me this fees is refundable if you dont get a loan from the Bank.
Now i am fighting with the bank people for my refund, but these people are just ignoring my issue and saying we will not refund your fees.

i need my money back as soon as possible. I dont want to pay this amount without getting any services from the Bank

File a cas with consumer court.

No one is doing anything regarding this issue.. Please advice me how to get the positive response......??
