I have applied for home loans. The bank is asking me to identify a property befor sanctioning a loan. I have in the past three weeks identified three properties and given the address to the bank on three different days. The bank is so slow in get the property verified that by the time the verification person goes to the place the owner has already made a deal with other purchasers.

Please guide me in the process of getting the sanction letter from any bank at the earliest.
