Dear Concerned ,


Subsequent to my loan request to India Bulls Finance and follow up for the property in sector -11 D Faridabad , i was ensured that no processing fee would be deducted if loan is not reimbursed by Mr. Arvind ,Mr. Brijesh from the company.

During my discussion with Mr. Arivind , i was also conveyed that the property is legal and loan will be disbursed.Technical team survey was also OK and loan could be disbursed immediately.
after my several followups with Mr. Arvind i was told that there is a problem in the structure of the building and loan can not be disbursed. It was only disclosed when i inquired as why the processing fee was deducted and escalated this matter to Inderjeet (Arvind's boss). I finally came to came that i am not getting loan becuase of the violation problem in building which was never shared with me. The reason i see behind this as they wanted to charge the processing fee and then tell me about this fact.

Please also be notified that i also got NOC signed my sisters for this loan which caused another 950 INR.
Even at this stage nothing was shared to me as loan is not bieng disbursed.

I am also yet to recieve my documents which were given for the loan processing.

Can somebody Please assist me on this as this has been very unethical approach by IBLS. Mr. PS Sridhar (Head IBLS) has also agreed that there was a wrong commitments to other customers as well and Mr Arvind and Mr Brijesh have been terminated on this account.

I request you to please probe this matter as there is complete nonsense and lack of ethics while dealing with customers who waste their money and time on this.
