I had a very bad experience with Indiabulls Housing Finance limited. I booked a flat in noida, and applied for home loans from indiabulls.
I met Mr. Sunil Kumar Sharma (9311112468), who was indiabulls agent placed at lajpat nagar office.
He works under Mr. Prashant Gupta who is in same office.
These guyz are fraud. They sanctioned my home loan in the month of april. They took my allotment letter and all the documents and promised me that my payment will be disubrsed in 7 days.
And i'm still waiting for the disbursment. They are not making the payment to the builder. And the builder is putting late payment charges on me.
Even the information on my sanction letter is fake. They have mentioned a contact person's name and phone number, which doesn't exist.
I'm putting a case against Indiabulls.
People please beware of indiabulls. This is completely fake.

I have applied for a home loan in Indiabulls Home Loan. It has approved my home loan and encashed my cheque worth Rs.5510.00 which was meant for processing fee. When I visited its Lajpat Nagar - II offifce, I came to know that the project for which I applied homeloan is not approved. This is utter nonsense. Indiabulls has not given me back the above amount of Rs. 5510/- and it has cleverly grabbed my hard-earned money. Indiabulls is into such practice for a long time. Please do not believe in such a big corporate name. They are nothing but a traitor. Can anybody help me !

Who is indiabulls employees placed at Bathinda, Ground Floor of Deep Complex, Near Hanuman Chowk ( Punjab) office.They come to us for granting loan from India Bulls.
Mukesh works under Mr. Dharam Pal who is in same office. These guyz are fraud. They took all the documents from our side and promised us to sanctioned the home loan in the month of april.There was some paper pending at our end which we had completed. They took my allotment letter and all the documents and promised me that my payment will be disubrsed with in 15 days. We want to take loan on the rest amount which is outstanding from our side to Ansal Mittal which was not paid up to 09th of April 2010. There was penalty of Rs. 2 LAC to us for Int Charges if balance amount not paid up to 30th of April 2010. So we arranged rest amount from our relatives as per the assurity of Mr. Mukesh and Mr.Dharam Pal for sanctioning of loan. They assured us to pay the rest amount at our end. They will arrange loan from India Bulls as documents are submitted.They are in touch with Ansal Mittal to collect all the required doc's like registries, PUDA approved letters etc. And we want to take loan from India Bulls to pay the rest amount. After the rest amount is paid by us now they refused us to provide the loan amount from India Bulls b'cos nothing is pending to Ansal Mittal from Our side. Now we have to pay the rest amount to our relatives.
People please beware of indiabulls. This is completely fake. And they are playing with the feeling of peoples who are in urgency.
