I was introduced by my builder to ING Vysya bank agent for Home Loan saying that process and procedures are very fast.
I have applied HL in 2007 for 17 lakhs and where the construction was not yet started 15Lakhs were released in a single shot without my information and conformation.
Then I have come to know HOW FAST is ING in cheating customers.
After long fight few employees were terminated for this fraud.
Now as on today 15% is the rate of interest for Housing loan.
When loan is for 15lakhs, I am keep getting letter from ING that my EMI is Rs.18,880/-.
Amazing to see the calculation.

I request all people please do opt ING by any chance, even if that builder force. DON'T.
You will be under high risk.
