File no.213133 (Loan No.11056488).

Brief facts of the case :
I "Himanshu Gupta" had applied for a housing loan for the purchase of a property in delhi.The loan sanctioned vide file no.213133 was Rs.12 lakhs in the last week of April.
I got the initial disbursement of Rs.8.64 lacs vide two cheques dated May 11 2010.
We got the sale deed registered on May 12 2010.

Grievance :

The time committed for the disbursement of the balance amount of the sanctioned loan was approx."10 days from the date of Registery."
However inspite of my repeated followups with you and your team, i have neither received any feedback nor any updates on the status of my balance disbursements of approx. 3.65 lacs.

Remedies Sought for :

This lethargic approach of yours is the same as in the case of disbursement of the first instalment of loan where i personally had to visit LIC HFL Back Office, Delhi. That is because you had made several overruns on the commited dates of disbursement of the loan(Loan disbursement date was May 11 2010)

I therefore urge you to look into this matter on a speedy basis and disburse the balance amount of cheque ASAP.

Dear Sir,

I have taken home loan from LIC Housing Finance Ltd.My loan account number is 011016292 & application number is 112854.

Last week I went to LIC Housing Finance Ltd. 7 th floor jeevan prakash building 25,kasturba gandhi marg New Delhi1.I requested them to increase my EMI & reduce the tenure.They said we cannot do & the only option with you is to do prepayment & for which LIC housing will charge prepayment penalty of 2% on the amount.They never mentioned such a thing when I took the loan.

Also they never take any prepayment in there Gurgaon branch.Everytime I have to go to Delhi to get the details for income tax purposes / Prepayment etc.

Kindly help in resolving the matter so that other customers can also get justice,clarity & facilty
