LIC housing Finance
Dear,
We have purchased the flat in the year 2007 with the 2nd party without any loan, we has all the original doc along with the socity and 1st party doc between Builder & him in the year 2005. Now LIC HFL send us the letter that we has the loan outstanding and they want the flat, but the name on the letter have no conection with the Flat which is owned by us, as we checked with the builder, society, 1st party, and socety compound. ( No such parsen has the flat in the given society) No LIC agent have started harassing us. as i go to office in the morning my wife only stay in house. Local police is also not ready to take the complint against them. this case is og MIRA ROAD. we have shown the doc to the laywer also. our DOC is proper & complite.
