I have been sanctioned a home loan of Rs. 1400000/- by LICHFL through their agent in the month of Feb 2011. they have charged the near Rs.1100/- and other expenses also i have incurred for verification formalities and stamp papers. But the company has not disbursed the loan to builder and also not responding to my e-mail and phone queries. what should be done for the compansation.
