[b][b][b]we have availed a loan from lichf,koylavihar branch,kolkata-59(w.b)vide.loan account no;-410078014,application no-301669.despite of sending regular emi to lichf we are not reciving the payment details including the outstanding balance ammount yet to be paid by us to lichf. I had also requested to the concerned branch manager at koylavihar branch& hindusthan building,but all efforts went in vain.kindly investigate the matter in detail & request to lichf to sent ur the above mentioned details urgently.regards.
