I m from maharashtra chandrapur I was working with OM Finance khirni gate agra road aligarh (up) it is a finance company which provide personal loan,agri.loan edu.loan..company getting money with document as processing fees and file charge fees should be above 10,000. to.......depend on loan amount rs 19854 is pf of 5 lack loan amount. I was submitted 7 file amount is rs.150000 rupees.on feb.2011 all document submitted to company but now company not entertaing to provide any type of loan and not refunding amount which was given..there are so many cases in maharashtra nearly 500 cases where company taking amount bot not giving loan and not reffunding pf fees..and now company working in vishakhapattam.it is collecting money from market then close offices wherever they work.they making fool.to people as marketing 5% loan interest the ratio of loan is 1:20,they have no any financer.its getting money from customer and then given to customer.but maximum loan cases should be rejected by company to any reason which was not require for loan.also company reject existing customer application who is regular paying installment in other bank loan.

so please take action as early as possible coz they collecting money from normal and poor person and making fool.there are so maney cases in maharashtra.now company close offices in mah.and open in vishakhapattanum to fool the people
