Hi i p k sharma get the pl from hdfc bank , i pay all ecs on time up to september 2008 , but due to recession my company teminate me november 2008. After company salary is not credit in my acount hdfc bank in kalka ji branch ac no- 02711140017984 . My emi is not clear due to loss of job , but i payemi with in 30 days. After sometime in m/o feburary /2009 i give the form to hdfc executive for change the my ecs amount rs 10998 to my new salary acount in andhra bank. But there is no change in ecs all ecs is going to hdfc bank and all emi is taking every month by hdfc collective executive and he give only assurance for change ecs in andhra bank. After 16 month i pay all emi rs 10998=00 by cheque . I try sometime for balance amount there is no proper record given by hdfc bank. My personnel loan is close by 07/06/2010, but hdfc bank demand rs 20000=00 extra for penaulty for closing my pl ac no- 11486476.
