I have an active home loan with Indian bank and have been regular in my payments. When i approached them for further loan to renovate my hose in order to shift they demand IT returns from me whereas I do not fall in the category of IT payer salaried person.
I would like to know if it is mandatory to submit IT returns, which is not possible, in order to avail further loan for renovation of my house.
