I Bharat Raj Working with NTPC as Accounts Officer since 1987, In 2008 I had taken a Land in Greater Noida for 13.70Lakhs and a loan of Rs5Lakhs has been taken from LICHF.

My recovery was from SBH -Noida Branch but in July2009 I was transferred from Consultancy wing to NCRHQ Noida and was forced to open the account with ICICI -Noida Branch and in Jan2010 I had intimated your Asaf Ali Branch and Noida Branch regarding the same but for 3Months EMI was sent to SBH resulting to return of EMI and my name is given to CIBIL and after that my EMI is going to ICICI from April Onwards and payemnt is through till Augusst2010.

I had contacted your Branch Manager Mrs Lakshmi and after her assurance I had started my construction in May 2010 and applied for Loan for construction but till date my loan is not approved and construction is at full swing I had already spent Rs4Lakhs from my personnel saving and orgnaments but now it is difficult to get more money which is causing a tension to me as my name is in CIBIL and no bank will give loan of any sort how my construction will be finished .

I had in deep tension and worry how this will go though every one is asking for money this letter I am sending with graet sorry and tension for which only LIC HF is responsible solely.

Further I dont understand when Land costing 40Lakhs Market price and 18Lakhs Authority price is mortagage with LICHF why my name is Given to CIBIL and after payment and neccessory clarification not yet taken away from CIBIL as further loan
recovery is going on sucessful.

In the light of above I hereby request your goodself to look into the case and if possible and in your preview my loan should be approved and if not them my name should be taken away from CIBIL, So that I can take loan from other Banks and pay Back LICHF balance payment.

But one thing I can say that LICHF Noida-Asaf Ali Road are not a responsible branch and are creating a bad atmospher for LICHF., Dear Sir, Kindly look into and advise accordingly ..
