I had a personal loan from GE Countrywide which i re-payed on 08Jul10 at their Mahim Branch. I was informed by the executive the loan amount which was taken from my back for the month of July will be refunded. Later in the month of Aug'10 also the money was taken from my bank. when checked with the branch they just refunded 1 amount and the other was not refunded. I have religiuosly checked with the branch every month. It is now crossed 3 mths and we have still not got my money back. When we speak to customer care they speak very rudely as if they dont care. If we dont make payment on time they charge extra amount. What about my money which is with them for 3 months. I would want government to take strict action against this act. If required i also have all the necessary documents to prove this.
