Respected Sir/Madam,
I have received a Demand Notice- Loan Agreement No.RBOR01067274, vide their Ref No: GE/SF/QLD/OCT'11_766 Dated 20/Oct/11,from THE LEAGUM ASSOCIATES under instructions from and on behalf of their clients M/s. GE Money Financials Services Ltd. As per the notice served to me says i have to pay a sum of Rs.45,483.00 which includes the EMI outstanding and other penal charges.
The fact is I have never applied/ nor taken any kind of loan from the above said financial firm for the amount they are claiming from me.The above said M/s. GE Financial Services Ltd., never contacted me before serving this notice. I and my family are not even aware of taking loan from the above company.
I have received this letter at my door when i returned from my in-laws house. I am very concerned and i am shocked that such a firm can act so blindly. I want the details of loan agreement which i have signed or any other documents that proves that i have agreed to pay the above firm. Can i ask the above firm for documentary evidence. Please advice me what i shall do since i dont have any knowledge of legal proceedings and i have very weak heart and i am a diabetic. I once again urge your goodself to please help me.
