all photo copy of original receipt i sent you previously on
29.04.2000.when sharmila chatterji c.s.b.(customer servic manager of
Rajasthan)came to the jodhpur on supervision tour of your branch
office jodhpur. that time i met with c.s.m and tell him about my zero
balance ledger copy she told me that you give me all the receipt copy
of original receipt . she will make effort and sending as a special
case to the head office of company and after updating RZX000001247
with missing entry she will provide me zero balance ledger copy. but
all are effort useless and helpless. all are effort doing my best
level but company donot update my ledger with my mismatch of receipt
of eEMI's. and yet not sending my zero ledger balance after that you
sending a notice from jus juris on 9march 2206. again i sending reply
with all photo copyof receipt which i deposited against my EMI's
cheque at your branch office jodhpur, including non
objection certificate but after all effort the result is zero and
company donot responding any level and any stage of the matter. again
this you said to me about copy of receipt i think again it's result
zero,. why should i waste the money for sending again & again my
receipt copy through registry . i donot want to waste my money in
sending repeateadily registry to you and travelling expenses which i
bear on the fault occured on your part. tell me it's correct or not.
if you are agree with my view or not if you agree with my view then in
the interest of company and customer your must be verify your own
company record for a/c no RZX000001247 and update with missing entry
.and release zero balance copy at soon . and that will also be send to
me alongwith my promissory note without wasting the time and money of
both of us. if you disagree with my view then again suggest me what we
can do in this matter.i have no scan machine. so i enable to
process it at my level. why should you bind me for these type
of expenses.i am not liable for that type of charges etc.registry
expenses and scan charges journery and travel charges. you should
verify from your own record which you kept in your branch offfice and
elsewhere.i am sending you detail information in which way i paid my
all dues. you tell me yesterday that you will answering back within
hours but i make a so many call from yesterday but you never
responding me till now.and neither give reply about my rzx0000001247.
i want to know that which month of installment demanding/outstanding
against me. you tell me that you will send it again but you donot
send it at now. in this way i donot know which month of EMI's
outstanding is still outstanding in my ledger account please send me
detail. and i have alread, sending you,whole details of receipt which i paid to
the company against my hirepurchase agreement and my prmissory note
and my adv. cheques for repayment purpose. in continution, i tell you
that i will sending a reply to your company notice {which wrote by
rajiv narain advocate chamber 457 westeren wing tis hazari court
delhi-54) and you are the one of member . so one copy of reply also be
sending to you. please read it and take necessary action in the favour
of company and customer.
