I have taken car loan at your bank agreement no PG/0113/C/06/000645 this is to complain against the collection manager Mr. Rakesh at Bangalore Branch as on now I have two dues of July-10 & Aug -10 from fifteen days your executives were asking for the payment over the telephone as I had asked a week time on 08/09/10 Mr. Rakesh called again for the payment I said I would be coming by another two days he demanded the amount immediately within 1 hour but I asked for 2 days time to make the payment, Mr. Rakesh he didn’t have the patience to hear to my words and told to make the payment immediately we both argued and he used abusive language to inform here. Which I am ashamed to write, not sufficient with this also warned me that he will come and seize the vehicle, well if you make it immediately. But I said I will be coming in two days & make the payment on 13/09/210 at 12.30 Pm I went to your magma office for making the payment of I EMI 26855.00 but Rakesh did not accept the payment he demanded three months payment when I asked there is still seven days time for the third Emi so please accept the one Emi the another Emi I would be Making by this month end, he didn’t accept he told to come on 20 of this month and make the payment of three months & interest the total of 99574.00 immediately, he is Making this because some personal intentions he want to seize my vehicle. Make me roam around him beg him. I request u to kindly take the action on the same and instruct him to accept him one month Emi

i have taken loan from magma 5 years ago. I have cleared all the dues during the month of sept, 2010. Your employess namely Rajesh and raja of Dhanbad / Bokaro branch is delaying to handover the documents submitted to you. I have taken CV loan at ICICI Bank agreement no. LVNGR0008998161. this loan was transfer into magma fincorp limited. in this a/c ICICI Bank was updated wrong ragistration certificate & transfer this to magma fincorop limited. i was sending my original registration certificate to Bikaner & Jodhpur branch and then magma was issued wrong NOC for me. sir i am requesting to your please re-issue my NOC. at this time your Bikaner & Jodhpur branch was not cooprating with me. plz solve my case & mail me what can i do?
