MENTAL HARRESEMENT CAUSED

i joined MRM Consultants company on 13nov10 it is a sole proprietorship headed by MUNISH BADOLA i was hired as hr executive i was told my job profile would be recruitment i have to hire bdo,bdm,hr executive and bdo,bdm job profile would be that they have to collect files from customer who are in need of any kind of loan from 1lac-500 crore we have given this company nearly 50 files approx and this company HAS NOT CLEAR EVEN a SINGLE FILE SINCE NOVEMBER and when we ask them about the status of the file they either dont pick up the calls or they keep on making some excuse since november they have not clear a single file and we dont have any report to give to the customer who have invested their money in this company.

neither they have given me and other employees our SALARY i have not received my salary since DECEMBER .

and now they are PLANING TO RUN away and close their business with effect from 11april11 they are right now runing their company in panchkula scf 55 sec5 mdc swastik vihar and now they have take a new office space in INDUSTRIAL AREA panchkula and are planing to do same fraud with innocent people over their also.

Their are 5 people involved in this fraud VARUNA MOTLA,MUNISH BADOLA,AJAY PATHAK,KULDEEP AND SAMEER.

I dont now the name of the new company or its address but i now the contract has been given to DIVINE INTERNATIONAL to decide company name its logo etc.

PLEASE HELP ME THESE PEOPLE HAVE DONE MENTAL HARRESEMENT to me is their any away we can stop them and teach them lesson.I have all the documents like Payment done in company account my offer letter visting card etc.

PLEASE HELP ME TO GET MY SALARY AND AND CUSTOMER MONEY BACK FROM THESE FRAUD PEOPLE .PLEASE TAKE SOME ACTION AS AP

Me Manish pathania from kangra himachal pradesh, want to put a complaint against MRM CONSULTANTS.the persons cover under this complaint are Mr.Ajay, Mr.Munish, Mr.bhuvan narula. sameer these are the persons who firstly take interview of persons like me & showing that we are recruiting the persons(Hr Executives, BDM, BDO, RM's) Then after that assign duties to them .Ask them to pick the loan files and then submitt it to consultancy for that they charge 3000 application money from customers.like this they froged with me, they recruit me as an Hr executive so i send them one file with fee of rs 3000 After taking files they didnt work upon that and ask me that they put files in to diff banks or preparing some documents but no response given to me.When i demand my salary from them they send me a cheque of 2000 but that also bouns from bank.after that i demand amout of loan file or salary etc but Mr.AJAY they ignore us they change many no.phone numbers of them are Ajay(843791112, 8427555550, 9216648565).from three days there no. are switched off, if some time that is on then they cut the calls and now i have information that they also shift there office.so i put complaint against them & pls help me to take my money back. if u want to contact me call me 09459755002.

now as per the information mrm consultants are runing there business in industrial area phase 2 plot no 46 first floor panchkula so far they have not ran away but till now they have neither given our salary and niether they have given the money back to customer and till now they keep on changing their number after sometime.Varuna Singh,Ajay Pathak,munish every one have changed there number.

I am Munish Prashar i also joined this company on 20nov10. I was appointed as bdo and i was told that my profile would be to collect the files of the customer who are i need of any kind of loan and because of my good work i was promoted as BDM in Jan11 for which they told they will give me new Appointment letter which they never gave and so far i have given aprox 26 files.And till now none of the files have been cleared.

I have not even received my salary from last 5months when ever we ask them about the status of the file either they cut the calls or they keep maKING SOME EXCUSE.So far they have given only 40k(thousands)out of 398000 back only

Now the remaning customer are coming to my home harrassing me and my family and they are demanding money from me and my family which they have invested in this fraud company MRM CONSULTANTS please help me to my salary and customer money back. VARUNA SINGH MOTLA,MUNISH BADOLA,AJAYPATHAK,KULDEEP KALYAN AND SAMEER all are involved in this scam.

Whenever i go there or call them and tell them to give me my salary or customer money back i am getting threaten calls from them and they are giving me life threats and they have also misbehaved with me and my family also.for any inquery call me on 9256861666

You can contact them in plot number 46 phase 2 second floor Industrial area punchkula, they are still doing the same business but with different employees. And giving them same training of capturing money
from people. Blast these kinds of people who cheat people only for money.

Still they are in thinking that they can run the show very well but i want to tell you that these people should be behind the bars. People should try to take follow the things in straight manner against them.

They have the same trend they give threat to people but i want to tell you that they cannot do any thing, as his threats are of no use and he him self is very weak from inside, so charge him with people flock and see he will be behind the bars.
