I got the loan classified from clickindia.com and called the listed number(9250802150/Anjali) for loan and they asked for Rs 2250 as file charges to be deposited in their account(SBI : 20032298001 / Gautam Verma).I deposited the foresaid amount and they sent me the senction letter in the email.I the recieved a call from Ajay Sharma(9289431299) who asked me to submit Rs 31950 in othe SBI account #(Dinesh Kumar:30801743136) as the agreement charges.I paid that amount also.Next day the same lady(Anjali) called me and asked for another 25500 rs as the RBI Act Charges.I told her that I dont have any more money to deposit.She promised a call back after discussion on this with her MD and since then she have not replied.I have been trying to call them for long time but they are not picking up the call and not answering the emails too.Their email address is nationalfinancelimited@yahoo.com.

This is to register a Criminal compliant against Gautam Varma, authorized signatory, of a finance company, named M/s. Bajaj Capital Finance Ltd. Office no.565, Ganpati complex, FARIDABAD, SEC-35 HARYANA, (HR), 121003.PH.09250898031, 09278910122, 09250825732, with company registration nos. RBI/SFL/FB97616989/2011, NBFB/SFL/SM746958/2011

Based on advertisement given in the month of May 2011, in Times of India, The Hindu, offering personal, business loans to public at a cheaper rates of interest of 3% per annum, by Mr. Gautam Varma, I have applied for Rs. 5 Laths, personal loan, by sending my Bank Statements, Bio Data, Employment Status, Educational Qualifications, deposited Rs. 40,200/- in his SBI Account no. 20032298001 towards processing fees. But he has issued me with a sanction letter based on my Application No.SFL/0920/MF/HI/HMTE, for Rs. 3 Laths Loan. Until today, No loan amount, and the processing fee was returned and given by him.

I have made several calls to his mobile numbers, and email IDS, but no response from him. There fore I request your kind self to look into this matter and recover my money and arrange for sanctioning of loan amount.
