I had availed a loan of one lakh rupees was taken from GMAC financial services in the year 2004 and i had paid back all the loan amount in one years time with intrest for a vehicle, the details of which is mentioned below:

Name of registered owner: K. Sivanunni
Address: Sivalayam, H.No-12/12, Nedumkode, Chittur, Palakkad, Kerala-678101
Chasis Number: MA3 EYD81S00419228
Engine No: F8 DN 3123975
Agreement number: 7064 4400

But i could not get the NOC for the above mentioned vehicle. Now the people from KOGTA financial are asking me to pay a sum of Rs 5000/- if i have to get the NOC as they have purchased the shares of GMAC and are processing the pending jobs from GMAC.

I think this is unfair and unjust.

But i could not get the NOC for the above mentioned vehicle. Now the people from KOGTA financial are asking me to pay a sum of Rs 1247/- if i have to get the NOC as they have purchased the shares of GMAC and are processing the pending jobs from GMAC.

I think this is unfair and unjust.

I m swati kumari . How can I get loan for car buy. Well Ihave submitted my application more banks but do not get any thing advantage from there. And I want purchase car but i have not enough money as if i could easily buy new car.

I have the same query about car loan availed in Jan 2006 and fully paid up around Jan 2009.
The finance company KOGTA is expecting me to pay Rs. 5000/- for NOC.

Is there any progress or replies regarding your post here ?
