Here with I am Muthusamy writing behalf of loan not sanctioned, the details of the loan applied for the poultry farm my details account number (Sri Muthu Poultry Farm-(Term loan A/C: 30170801808) (CC: 301307604408) have been given as follows.
Details as follows:-
Application date for applying loan: 22.03.2009
Technical report was ****yzed by (Dr.Saravanan) on: 15.04.2009
Next technical report was ****yzed by (Dr.Nithish) on March 2010.
From Coimbatore head office Mr. Swaminathan was ****yzed regarding the loans on: June 2010.
Next on regarding loan we and the bankers were went to Coimbatore to meet Mr.Rajan from head office for a counseling regarding loan. The team went at the time to visit Mr.Rajan at Coimbatore as follows (DBD, Filed officer, and myself).
Next further they asked addition records from head office by Mr.Swaminathan (Coimbatore) the documents were submitted on 27.10.2010.
After all the clarification was done Mr.Rajan and Mr.Swaminathan agreed to sanction the loan within one week. But so far there is no information regarding the loan and they have not sanctioned so far.
This is my situation now the eggs rates was good , the loan was not sanctioned , so I have plan to do next step to write bank obulsment and use to move to consumer court if you are not taken any further step.
I am customer for SBI from 2005 to till date I have got many loans and I have paid the dues for loans properly to till date (please refer). This is the way to treat a small farmer and a long term customer. I have believed SBI so long back, but I got a sever lession form SBI.
