I am Pankaj Shah, I had taken a personal loan from HDFC bank later it was settled of Rs.1,50,000 on 28th November 2007 however there was a cheque that was presented after the settled of my personal loan this was a mere negligence of the team handling the closure cases as they just filed a case against me for no reason inspite of the loan being closed they sent a warrant against me and police on 6th December 2010 without sending any recovery agent from the bank or any representative of the HDFC this has highly caused a disturbance ,distress to my family in the society as the police had ill treated my family in my absence this happened only because the Bank did not update the files properly.

so please kindly taken a highly action against HDFC bank.
