Dear Sir,
I'm Jonak Mondal was a customer of consumer loan in Babaj Finance. After completed my loan amount, once I got a SMS from Bajaj Finance that I am selected for a personal loan amount of Rs. 27000.00. I was not agreed due to there insurance and high interest. But company send a executive to convince me and he collect all documents and 3 no. of blank cheque with a cancel cheque. But after 2 days company told me that I am not eligible.
So please help me to recover my cheques and other documents. I how can I claim against hazarded.
