Hi,
I had a personal loan with axis bank with account number - PP0090100079641
Closed the loan account on 12/06/2010 by a chq(836366) of HDFC bank.

When i queried regarding the NOC from the bank I got a reply on 28/06/2010 saying axis bank has not yet recieved the fund where as the amount was deducted from my account on 16/06/2010.

Please suggest how do i lodge a consumer complain regarding this.

Hi All,
I have applied loan amount of Rs. 3,50,000/- At the time of collecting documents agent agreed for 1.5 processing fee. When i am signing agreement told bank managers did not agreed for 1.5 you have to pay 2 %. That too when i asked then only he is telling all these details. And they are advertising just 1 week personnel loan, but taking too much more than a month. And if i we cross question, agents are saying top level persons (Managers) are not responding properly...

Please i would suggest to every body that, don't get attracted to Axis Bank loans just by comparing Pre-Closure formalities.. Just to attract... And the concenred agent is Chellappa working at aynavaaram Axis Bank...

I don't want any one to face this kind of issue..
