i am dhanasekari. i have taken personal loan in axis bank. in 10 th december 2011 not sufficient balance in my account for ECS. so i got the call from t nagar branch to give the cheque for the due amount. so i gave the cheque. but after that two months due and Rs 441 fine deducted from my account through ECS in december month itself.one for the cheque and another through ECS online. i have talked with customer care . they told they would deduct one due from outstanding loan balance. but i did nt get any proof for that from the bank still. so i talked with the person who collected the cheque from me. he told he talked with t nagar branch manager that the manager will take another due of december for january EMI and no fine will be deducted. but the fine of 441 rs deducted in january month . kindly solve this problem and ask the bank to re deposit january month fine 441 rupees and deduct the loan from february month
