Subject: - Complain regarding Bajaj finance ltd for Loan Number:-413/059462

Respected sir,

This is complain you that…I had already paid all the dues of my Loan …and which is completed on 29/04/2009 but now I got a call from Bajaj finance ltd (Mr. Randhir - +91 8287221695) and he is saying that u having dues of 75000rs and which I have not taken….

Name: - Ganeshi ram

Loan number:-413/059462

First due date: - 10 Jul 2007

Loan Amount:-30000 (given)

Emi Amount:-2117rs/ month



My installment due date was every 10th of July but he is entering on 1st of every month..Which dismanage my bank account even my bank is also charging me for cheque dishonored...i had personally talk with branch but no result was there..So some of the installments I had paid by cash even I have receipts of all the payments of my Loan. And I have also bank clearance of cheque statements..

& another thing is that …the person who is calling me ..he is misbehaving with me and saying that..i ll arrest u and harassing me…

I had already paid all the dues…on 24/04/2009 but no NOC certificate I have got..

I personally talk with branch manager ..but no response I got from the branch.

And from 2009 to 2011 I did nt get any letter from Bajaj finance branch..but not may I know why this is happening, now given me harassment by phone.
