My name is Noor holding HDFC Bank Ltd.Loan in Chennai
I would like to make Final settlement with my personal loan by 1st of march 2012
the problem here is i have been in contact with one of your third party collection department and they did asked me to do the final settlement by end of jan 2012
I did requested them to wait until i arrange my amount and will intimate them for Final settlement but they came up with the idea off to give a cheque of the settlement amount and they will withdraw once it is credited in my Citi Bank account
Before the credit of amount they went to the bank and cheque got bounce and now they are blaming me but i clearly mentioned to the executive dont go to bank unless i intimate you
Now they are harassing me with thier phone calls /sms that they will file a legal case and they will go to my home and my work office

when i am ready to make final settlement on March 1st 2012 why are they creating nuisance
I would request you to look into this issue and hopefully make Settlement process run smoothly
Please provide me HDFC Bank Auhtorities contact number not the third party
